Entire Agreement

One Account Policy

Where duplicate accounts are detected, vb44 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, reverse any pending withdrawals, and withhold any bonus balances accumulated across the duplicate accounts. Account Security

- The multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus + deposit amount) that must be wagered — for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed.

Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is identified, vb44 reserves the right to void all associated winnings, close the relevant account, and retain the deposited funds to the extent permitted by applicable law and AML obligations.
6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using vb44, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and fair manner at all times. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the platform:
- Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual at any stage of the registration or verification process.
- Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially criminal purpose.
- Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the vb44 platform software or infrastructure.
- Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with any part of the platform without prior written consent from vb44.
- Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds — whether discovered accidentally or through deliberate testing. Any winnings arising from a technical error are void and will be reversed.

7 Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by the Player
Players may close their vb44 account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat and submitting a formal account closure request. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals of verified real-money funds (excluding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed to the player's registered payment method. Account closure is permanent — a closed account cannot be reopened. Players wishing to return to the platform must register a new account and complete the full verification process.

Dormant Accounts

8 Liability & Disputes
Limitation of Liability

Errors and Technical Malfunctions

Dispute Resolution
