1 General Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the vb44 platform, including visitors, registered players, and any individual who accesses any part of vb44.bio regardless of whether they hold an active account. The Terms govern the entire relationship between the player and vb44, covering account registration, gameplay, financial transactions, promotions, communications, and any dispute resolution process.

vb44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the contact details held on their account. Continued use of the platform after any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. The platform operates in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). All time-sensitive conditions — including bonus expiry, withdrawal processing windows, and session limits — are measured in BST unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of an offer or game, constitute the entire agreement between you and vb44. No verbal representations, screenshots shared via third-party channels, or communications on social media platforms shall form part of this agreement unless confirmed in writing by a vb44 representative via an official vb44.bio email address.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

By registering an account on vb44, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will and for personal, recreational entertainment purposes.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, employer, or organisation in your use of the platform.
• Gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your country or territory of residence.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to any international sanctions that would prevent financial transactions with vb44.
• The funds you deposit are derived from lawful sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal or fraudulent activity.

vb44 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during a player's account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the platform will result in account suspension until such verification is completed. Where evidence of underage gambling is identified, vb44 will immediately close the account, forfeit all balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

Geographic Eligibility

vb44 is primarily designed and operated for players based in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh are responsible for ensuring that their use of vb44 complies with the laws and regulations of their own jurisdiction. vb44 makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or lawfully available outside Bangladesh. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law is done entirely at the player's own risk and legal responsibility.

3 Account Registration

To access the betting and casino services available on vb44, you must complete the registration process and hold an active, verified account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred currency (BDT or INR).

Accuracy of Information

You are required to ensure that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate. Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information — including the use of another person's identity or contact details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension. vb44 accepts no liability for any consequences arising from a player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

If your personal details change after registration (for example, a change of mobile number or name following a legal name change), you must contact vb44 support promptly to update your account records. Updated information must be supported by appropriate documentation.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to register and operate exactly one account on vb44. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether intentional or inadvertent — is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, vb44 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, reverse any pending withdrawals, and withhold any bonus balances accumulated across the duplicate accounts. Players who believe they have accidentally created a duplicate account should contact support immediately.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). vb44 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password not used on any other website or service. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. vb44 will never ask for your password via Live Chat, email, or any other communication channel — any request for your password should be treated as an unauthorised phishing attempt and reported immediately.

All activities conducted through your account while logged in are treated as authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact vb44 support immediately to initiate an account lock and security review.

Account Currency

At registration, players select their preferred account currency: Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or Indian Rupees (INR). The selected currency applies to all deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals on that account. Currency cannot be changed after the account is created. Players who wish to use a different currency must contact support — a new account may be required, subject to verification that no duplicate account policy violation occurs.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

vb44 accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (BDT) per transaction. There is no platform-side deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside vb44's control.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad typically reflect in your vb44 account balance within 60 seconds. Rocket and Upay deposits complete within 1–3 minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the originating bank. All deposit transactions are processed in real time where possible, and players are notified of successful crediting via their account transaction history.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in line with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (BDT). There is no platform-side withdrawal fee applied by vb44; however, your payment provider's standard fees may apply.

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15–30 minutes during platform operating hours (06:00 AM – 02:00 AM BST). Withdrawal requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed at the start of the next operating window. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

All first-time withdrawals are subject to a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Players will be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card or passport) and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits. Subsequent withdrawals from a verified account are processed without additional documentation unless vb44's risk team flags a transaction for review.

Pending and Refused Withdrawals

vb44 reserves the right to delay, hold, or refuse a withdrawal request where:

• KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily provided.
• The account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violations.
• The withdrawal amount includes bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements.
• The account balance was funded via a payment method that has since been disputed or charged back.
• The withdrawal request is flagged by vb44's AML monitoring systems as requiring additional verification.

In all cases where a withdrawal is held, vb44 will communicate the reason to the player via their registered contact details and will endeavour to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

vb44 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions timed around the South Asian sporting and cultural calendar (BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and others).

General Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded in the player's selected account currency (BDT or INR) and cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash without meeting wagering requirements.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion's terms explicitly permit multiple claims.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the promotional period stated in the offer communication. Expired offers cannot be retroactively applied.
• vb44 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Players who are found to have registered multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once will have all associated accounts suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.

Wagering Requirements

Before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn, the applicable wagering requirement must be met in full. The wagering requirement for each specific promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements specify:

1. The multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus + deposit amount) that must be wagered — for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed.
2. The game categories and specific titles that contribute towards wagering — typically slots contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage.
3. The time window within which the wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus and associated winnings expire.

Wagers placed at minimum odds below those stated in specific promotion terms do not contribute to wagering requirements. vb44 reserves the right to recalculate a player's wagering progress if bets are placed in violation of applicable contribution rules.

Bonus Abuse

vb44 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering on low-risk outcomes specifically to clear bonus requirements, hedging bets across multiple accounts, using automated scripts to place bets, and exploiting technical errors or miscalculated odds. Where bonus abuse is identified, vb44 reserves the right to void all associated winnings, close the relevant account, and retain the deposited funds to the extent permitted by applicable law and AML obligations.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using vb44, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and fair manner at all times. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially criminal purpose.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the vb44 platform software or infrastructure.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with any part of the platform without prior written consent from vb44.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds — whether discovered accidentally or through deliberate testing. Any winnings arising from a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players on any game, table, or betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening conduct towards vb44 staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Registering an account if you have previously been self-excluded, permanently banned, or suspended from vb44 or any associated platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool to obscure your true location or to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

vb44 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant legal authorities. Players are encouraged to report any suspected prohibited conduct to the vb44 support team via Live Chat.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

Players may close their vb44 account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat and submitting a formal account closure request. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals of verified real-money funds (excluding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed to the player's registered payment method. Account closure is permanent — a closed account cannot be reopened. Players wishing to return to the platform must register a new account and complete the full verification process.

If you are closing your account due to concerns about problem gambling, vb44 strongly recommends activating the self-exclusion tool rather than a standard closure, as self-exclusion includes additional safeguards to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period. Suspension or Closure by vb44

vb44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
• Chargebacks or disputes raised against vb44 through a payment provider.
• Identified bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request — whether submitted directly to vb44 or via a recognised problem gambling support service.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.

Where an account is suspended or closed by vb44 due to a terms violation, any balance comprising bonus funds or winnings generated from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money deposits net of any applicable deductions will be returned to the originating payment method. vb44 will communicate the reason for closure where it is lawful and appropriate to do so.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. vb44 will notify the player at the registered contact details prior to classifying an account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as specified in the notification. Players who wish to reactivate a dormant account should contact support.

8 Liability & Disputes

Limitation of Liability

vb44 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty — express or implied — that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vb44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service beyond vb44's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Loss of data resulting from a player's failure to maintain adequate device security.
• Financial losses incurred as a direct result of placing bets on the platform — gambling carries inherent financial risk and players accept this risk voluntarily.
• Losses caused by a player's failure to read, understand, or comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Errors and Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error affecting the outcome of a game, bet settlement, odds display, or balance calculation, vb44 reserves the right to void all affected bets and reverse the associated transactions. vb44 is not obligated to honour payouts resulting from a technical malfunction, software error, or miscalculated odds, regardless of the apparent outcome shown to the player at the time of the wager. All affected players will be notified and their stakes returned.

Dispute Resolution

If you wish to raise a dispute regarding any transaction, bet settlement, or account action on vb44, you must contact the support team via Live Chat within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. vb44 will acknowledge all formally submitted disputes within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a resolution within 7 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the vb44 support team, the matter may be escalated for senior review. vb44 commits to handling all disputes fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner. The decision of vb44's senior review team is final in all matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. All formal communications between vb44 and players — including dispute correspondence, KYC requests, account notifications, and promotional terms — are conducted in English. vb44 operates in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) for all operational and time-sensitive purposes referenced within these Terms.
